The Friendly Man

I've been listening to another episode of This American Life - and was really interested by one of the stories that could be found here. Act 2, The Friendly Man, deals with the issue of reporting stories, and what sort of uplifting stories people want to hear - and the reality behind those stories. I recommend taking ten minutes out to listen and reflect, especially if you work in news journalism or non-fiction.
